Who are we looking for?

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Employment lawyer. Working closely with our client's internal Industrial Relations, Payroll and People & Culture teams, you will assist with a large payroll remediation project. Work will include:

  • managing pay compliance matters and advising on proactive risk mitigation processes;
  • advising on enterprise bargaining and industrial instrument matters; and
  • advising on changes in workplace relations legislation and relevant modern awards.

To be suitable, you will have:

  • a minimum of five years PQE, with experience in employee and industrial relations matters;
  • experience advising on pay compliance and payroll remediation; and
  • excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
