What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage your own employment law matters in a calm, high-performing environment that respects individuality and wellbeing.
- Advise on contracts, restructures, dismissals and compliance
- Represent clients before the Fair Work Commission and courts
- Draft clear, practical employment agreements and policies
- Provide HR advisory support to loyal employer clients
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ PQE in employment or workplace law
- Genuine interest in working with employer clients
- Sound drafting and advisory skills
- Empathetic communicator who values collaboration
