Positions available:

- Functions waitstaff (banquets/functions experience)

- Restaurant waitstaff (fine dining experience)

- Bartenders (wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge)

What will you do?

- Deliver premium food and beverage service with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail

- Support the setup and upkeep of our distinguished dining and service areas

- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of daily menu offerings, provide expert recommendations, and accommodate dietary requirements to enhance the guest experience

- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless and exceptional service delivery

More about you

- Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol

- Food Safety Certificate

- Proven experience in corporate food and beverage service

- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems

- Availability to work throughout the Ashes series (December), including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts to align with match schedules

- Valid Working With Children Check (employee version) is mandatory for all staff
