Delaware North Australia is recruiting passionate culinary professionals to join our dynamic team at the iconic MCG. The summer will feature international cricket showdowns and global music acts leading up to AFL 2026, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a premium hospitality team.

Our culinary team is the heartbeat of our premium hospitality offering, crafting gourmet dishes in exclusive dining rooms and delivering seamless service in private suites, high-end function spaces and bustling retail outlets.
Please note: All staff must have, or be willing to obtain, a valid Working With Children Check (employee version). Volunteer checks will not be accepted.
Interviews will take place in mid-November, so availability during this time is essential.
The opportunity
Delaware North Australia is seeking experienced culinary professionals to join our team at the MCG. This role supports culinary operations across various dining settings and events associated with our year-round portfolio of world-class venues.

What will you do?
- Support culinary operations in various dining settings
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with budget management and stock control
- Lead and inspire a team of casual chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
More about you
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
- Proven experience in high-volume kitchens and event venues
- Knowledge of commercial cooking with a flair for creative presentation
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- A true passion for food and excellence in service
- Valid Working With Children Check (employee version) is mandatory for all staff
