Delaware North Australia is on the hunt for passionate and experienced culinary professionals to join our dynamic team at the iconic MCG. With a blockbuster summer ahead, featuring international cricket showdowns and global music acts to the lead-up to AFL 2026, this is your chance to be part of something extraordinary.

Our culinary team is the heartbeat of our premium hospitality offering, from crafting gourmet dishes in exclusive dining rooms to delivering seamless service in private suites, high-end function spaces and our bustling retail outlets.

What will you do?

- Supporting culinary operations in various dining settings

- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

- Assisting with budget management and stock control

- Leading and inspiring a team of casual chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff

More about you

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher

- Proven experience in high-volume kitchens and event venues

- Knowledge of commercial cooking with a flair for creative presentation

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively

- A true passion for food and excellence in service

- Valid Working With Children Check (employee version) is mandatory for all staff
