Overview

Lifecare is seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a casual opportunity working to support our Allied Health team in Noosaville.

Responsibilities

- Answer and address incoming telephone queries
- Schedule patient appointments
- Process payments, invoice and balance daily banking
- Maintain a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and replenishments
- Complete other administrative tasks as required

- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders
