About the Role

This is a temporary, full-time opportunity based in Clayton, designed to support a key client project involving time and attendance data matching for payroll processing. It has arisen due to ongoing project requirements and offers a chance to gain valuable experience working within a supportive team environment. The role mainly involves clerical validation work, working closely with supervisors and stakeholders to ensure accurate data entry and approval processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Match clock-in and clock-out data from the Trak system to payroll time sheets in FT360 system

- Validate attendance data for accuracy and completeness

- Chase up supervisors for approvals and time validation

- Assist with data reconciliation and clerical validation tasks

- Collaborate with the client and internal teams to ensure smooth data flow and processing

- Support the implementation of new systems and processes as they roll out across sites

About You

- Experience in payroll, time and attendance, or data validation roles

- Strong clerical or administrative skills with attention to detail

- Familiarity with payroll systems or time tracking software (experience with FT360 or similar is a plus)

- Strong organisation and time management skills

- Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with supervisors and stakeholders

- Reliable, organised and able to work independently after training

- Financial experience preferred

- Available to start ASAP and able to work full time hours Monday to Friday
