**The Position...**

This exciting role is a full time position that sits within the larger HR Shared Services team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will work closely with your fellow Payroll Advisors, supporting employees and managers on all thing’s payroll related at Austin Health.

As part of the busy Payroll helpdesk function, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- **
Payroll Services workflow monitoring**:

- **
Timesheet distribution, coding, data entry and sorting**:

- **
Attend to queries received by telephone, in person or via the workflow tool, Service Desk**:

- **
Work as part of the processing team on payroll processing days.**:

- **
Participate in job rotation, and work with the small team allocated to a particular set of tasks**
