Take control of your career in financial services with access to markets that many competitors can't reach.
You'll work with clients who are eager for new income streams, making your conversations direct, relevant, and commercially rewarding.

That means you won't waste time chasing admin and you'll close deals faster. You'll also get exposure across the full business, giving you real influence and the chance to be a recognised expert in the sector.
With national coverage, you'll have freedom to choose where you build relationships and the scope to shape how the business expands in those markets.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with referral partners in sectors such as mortgage broking, general insurance, and financial advice.
- Show them how to grow and diversify their revenue with a new income stream, making it clear how they benefit both now and long term.
- Act as their key contact - supporting them, driving referrals, and ensuring they see real results.
- Work with your internal team to keep delivery smooth and aligned to partner needs.
Qualifications
- Experience building relationships and trust in client-facing positions.
- Background in financial services (life insurance, general insurance, mortgage broking, or financial advice).
- A track record of winning business and growing opportunities.
