Sous Chef – Beautiful location based in North Adelaide. Sunday–Thursday roster. Opportunities for internal progression available within the organisation.

The Position
- Prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality meals for college students and events.
- Lead daily kitchen operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Mentor and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive, service-focused culture.
- Ensure full OH&S compliance, following safe work practices and food handling procedures.
- Manage stock levels and ordering to meet budget requirements.
- Support training and development of apprentices and junior chefs
The Person
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen position
- Skilled in high-volume cooking with a strong focus on quality and presentation
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and food safety knowledge
- A team player who can also work independently
- Obtain a Working with Children Check
