Commercial Banking Role Overview

Help customers achieve their goals by providing expert financial analysis and risk assessment services.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Banking Analyst, focusing on property development and investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and assess the risks and opportunities associated with new lending and credit increases for clients.
  • Prepare credit submissions and coordinate deal execution through documentation and funding.
  • Monitor client covenants, extend facility terms, and conduct annual reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit transactions, annual reviews, and reporting within commercial banking or a related field.
  • Client service expertise, preferably in corporate, commercial, or business banking.
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to grasp complex transactions quickly.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline would be highly regarded.
