Principal Data Solutions Developer

Seeking an accomplished Senior Data Engineer to develop and implement high-quality data solutions across our platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess strong engineering expertise combined with analytical and data modelling skills.
- Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and related tools.
- Develop and optimize data lakes and data warehouse solutions in Azure.
- Collaborate closely with analysts and business teams to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose data models.
- Support Power BI developers with efficient data structures, DAX modelling, and best practices.
- Drive data quality, performance optimization, and governance across platforms.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer (5+ years ideally in enterprise environments).
- Strong skills in Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse/SQL Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT design and optimization, Power BI data modelling, and SQL.
Desirable skills include Python, Databricks, or Spark for data processing.
