Export Shipping Coordinator - Manufacturing

This excellent Export Shipping Coordinator role is with a well respected manufacturer on Brisbane’s south side and will see you manage all export shipping documentation aspects of the company’s contracts with its customers. To ensure compliance with contract Incoterms, including preparation of commercial invoices and other shipping documentation. Your will liaise with banks and negotiate letters of credit and ensure that all cargo exported has adequate insurance coverage. The role will also be responsible for advising the relevant Managers and/or the Chief Financial Officer of any matters arising from shipping aspects of the contracts.
Knowledge of job costing in a project manufacturing environment would be advantageous and will need to have a high-level export documentation skills, and current Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) knowledge (mandatory). Knowledge of Export Credit insurance, and Bank Guarantees.
The role has a strong finance component along with the export shipping side.
An attractive salary package is on offer and optional work from days are available based on Brisbane southside.
