Part-Time Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) - NEW Charlestown Store Opening SOON

Are you excited by the prospect of opening a brand new adidas store and being a part of our retail expansion in Australia?

We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC)/Floor Supervisor for our NEW Concept Store due to open late 2025 in Charlestown Square, NSW on a PART-TIME basis. This part-time contract will require set days & hours per week covering approximately 25 hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Sundays.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and an active selling environment.
- Role model our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
- Train and coach team to refine service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
- Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
- Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Experience / Qualifications

- Experience in retail leadership is highly regarded (e.g., Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear).
