Part-Time Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) - NEW Eastgardens Westfield Store, NSW We're seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) to join our NEW Westfield Eastgardens Sports Concept Store opening SOON on a PART-TIME basis. This means fixed weekly days/hours covering selected weekdays and at least 1 weekend day. What’s on offer? - A competitive salary - Generous employee discounts on adidas product - Career development with an iconic global sports brand Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in: - Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment. - Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals. - Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. - Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment - Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge. - Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process - Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance Experience in the following will be highly regarded: - Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear How to apply Press the "Apply" button and follow the instructions.
