Part-Time Retail Professional – NEW Westfield Eastgardens Concept Store, NSW We are seeking an experienced, passionate Retail Professional for our NEW Westfield Eastgardens Performance Concept Store, on a PART-TIME basis. Please note, part-time requires fixed contracted weekly hours (prescribed by the hiring manager) covering both weekdays and weekend days. Key responsibilities - Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them - Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations - Maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards - Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor - Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way Requirements To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Working Hours Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends is required. Please include your availability in the application.
