Are you excited by the prospect of opening a brand new adidas store and being a part of our retail expansion in Australia?

We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC)/Floor Supervisor for our NEW Concept Store due to open late 2025 in Charlestown Square, NSW on a PART-TIME basis.

This part-time contract will require set days & hours per week covering approximately 25 hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Sundays.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

  • Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
  • Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment
  • Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
  • Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

•    Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear


•    Visual Merchandising


•    Stockroom Procedures
