Retail Professional – Part Time

Location: Cheltenham Factory Outlet, DFO Moorabbin, Victoria.

Role: Retail Professional on a PART-TIME basis. Fixed weekly days and hours on selected weekdays/weekend days.

Key responsibilities

- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.

- Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations.

- The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.

- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.

- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Requirements

- Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.

- Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement.

- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

- Available to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application.
