About the role
The Front of House Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the seamless and professional management of SA’s corporate hospitality facilities and meeting spaces. This role serves as the primary point of contact for meeting organisers and stakeholders, delivering exceptional service and support to ensure the success of all meetings. The coordinator also oversees the maintenance and readiness of these spaces, addressing facility and property‑related requests to uphold the organisation’s standards of excellence.
What you'll do
- Oversee the front desk to ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors
- Coordinate daily mail collection and distribution, working closely with delivery partners to ensure timely handling of all correspondence
- Ensure all meeting rooms and employee kitchens are consistently clean, tidy, and well‑maintained, creating a professional environment for both staff and guests
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximise the efficient use of on‑site meeting rooms
- Manage relationships with external providers, such as our catering providers, to ensure the timely and flawless delivery of services for all meetings
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely issue resolution
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
About you
- 2+ years’ experience in the hospitality or service industry preferable but not essential
- Experience in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
