Be part of a 100% paperless, tech-powered firm redefining accounting.
- Led by Big 4 & mid-tier experts in an ultra-modern, stunning office
- Work flexibly - WFH, paid overtime & real work-life balance
The Firm
This is one of Perth’s most forward-thinking boutique accounting firms, progressive by design, not by slogan. The practice has moved well beyond outdated models, operating in a fully cloud-based, paperless environment where every system is built for speed, accuracy, and seamless collaboration.
Led by Directors with top-tier pedigrees and a passion for innovation, the firm has created a culture where new ideas are encouraged, technology is embraced, and people are given the flexibility to work smarter. Staff turnover is exceptionally low, reflecting a workplace where professionals feel both supported and inspired.
This is modern practice at its best: agile, tech-driven, and people-focused.
The Opportunity
As a Client Services Administrator, you’ll be more than support - you’ll be the backbone and linchpin of operations and communications for a high-calibre corporate client base.
Your focus will be on keeping complex workflows moving, catching inefficiencies before they become roadblocks, and ensuring compliance is always on point. This isn’t about ticking boxes.
You’ll be trusted to review processes, identify gaps, and implement smarter ways of working. You’ll work side by side with Directors and senior accountants, providing the operational foundation that allows them to focus on delivering strategy and advice.
This role is for someone who thrives on being the go-to, who finds satisfaction in creating clarity from complexity, and who takes pride in building processes that simply work better.
Your Role Will Include:
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, managing communications and delivering a consistently professional experience
- Keeping client records and workflow systems precise, organised, and ahead of the curve
- Leading the charge on ATO and ASIC compliance, ensuring lodgements are seamless, accurate, and stress-free for both clients and the firm
- Partner with Directors to uncover process gaps, implement tech-enabled solutions, and drive efficiency firm-wide
About You
You are not looking for just another admin role. You are looking for a place where precision matters, where innovation is embraced, and where your contribution is recognised. You are detail-focused, proactive, and reliable, but you also thrive in environments that evolve and improve.
We are seeking someone with
- Administration or client services experience within accounting or professional services
- Familiarity with platforms like Xero, FYI, HandiSoft, BGL CAS360 (highly regarded)
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and strong communication skills
What’s In It For You
We offer:
- Flexibility with adjustable hours and WFH available each week
- Security in a permanent role in a stable, low-turnover practice
- Technology with cutting-edge, fully cloud-based systems that make your role seamless
- Recognition through bi-annual salary reviews, a overtime pay policy, and time-in-lieu options
- Growth with genuine opportunities to expand beyond administration and support leadership directly
- Location in a central Perth office with excellent transport links and parking available
How To Apply
To apply for the position, please utilise the Quick Apply button provided within this advertisement. Alternatively, you may contact our reception team at 1300 720 832 or reach out to Tristan on 0485 952 437.
Please be assured that all communication will be handled with utmost confidentiality, and your personal information, including your curriculum vitae, will not be shared with any third party or potential employer without your explicit authorisation.
Be empowered in a flexible, tech-forward firm with clear processes, growth opportunities, and a team that values your contributions to client success.
