Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client services and caregiver schedules to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries from clients, families, brokers, and caregivers in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Support caregivers with guidance and problem-solving to help them deliver quality care.
  • Manage changes to schedules, including new bookings, public holidays, and caregiver leave.
  • Monitor and action requests from shared emails, phone calls, and brokers in a timely way.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and caregivers

About you

  • Experience working with seniors and coordinating care services.
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in relationship management and engagement.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Self-motivated, outcome-focused, and able to manage competing priorities.
