Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media + Web) Posted: 19/09/2025 This one's for the digital marketer who loves rolling up their sleeves, diving into campaigns and love seeing results yielded. It's absolutely perfect for someone who's been a key player (or even the only marketer) in a small team, and is now ready to step into a larger environment where you can grow, learn, and make an end-to-end impact. What you'll be doing - Managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other channels. Definitely one for the "analytically-minded" - Getting hands-on with website updates and marketing tech (CMS, landing pages, SEO tweaks). - Driving creative campaigns across social, digital, and content. - Analysing past performance, drawing insights, and making improvements. - Collaborating closely with a supportive manager who's hands-on and invested in your growth. What they're looking for - 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing - ideally across both paid and organic channels. - Someone who's been a "doer", so hands-on, results-driven, not just theory-based. - Comfortable juggling different parts of the marketing mix: ads, website, social, reporting etc. - Analytical mindset with a creative edge, you like testing, learning, and improving. - Eager to grow your skills in a supportive, collaborative team. This role could easily morph into something more performance related.
