**About the role**:
Join our team and become a key player in executing captivating paid advertising campaigns across leading search engine platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads.

Your expertise will be essential in driving highly targeted traffic, optimising conversions, and maximising return on investment (ROI) through powerful search engine marketing strategies.

As a Digital Marketer - SEM, you'll have the responsibility of overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the seamless implementation of campaigns that align perfectly with our marketing objectives.

**In Addition To**:

- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise search engine marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
- Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and key metrics to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, ad group structuring, and audience targeting to maximise campaign performance.
- Write compelling ad copy and ensure proper ad extensions and formats are utilised.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bids, performance, and key metrics to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to maintain campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the SEO Manager to coordinate SEM efforts with SEO.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Utilise web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude) to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
- Identify key trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketers to ensure insights from campaign performance are feeding into future experiments and tests.

**What We Would Like You To Bring**:

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or Search Engine Marketing Specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
- An understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) principles and best practices.
- Experience managing search engine marketing campaigns and budgets,
- Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and derive insights from campaign data
