Due to business growth, a rare and highly-sought after opportunity has opened up in the TotalFusion Marketing team for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist keen to build a successful career in the fitness and wellness industry.

**About You**:

- You are a a talented and ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Meta and Google paid media management.
- You have a proven track record in digital marketing and a creative mindset.
- You are excited by the idea of having substantial input in evolving a game-changing health and wellness brand that is helping people to move more and live better.

**About The Role**:
The role will include, but is not limited to:

- Developing and executing paid media campaigns across all channels including Meta and Google
- Working with the Marketing team to hit predefined ROI for lead generation plus brand awareness
- Regularly testing advertising creatives and ad copies for all paid channels and reporting on findings that will improve future outcomes
- Collate, analyse, optimise, and produce timely and insightful reports for all paid marketing campaigns
- Manage the SEO strategy for TotalFusion and Beyond websites

**Required Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in paid search and social
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing and ad platforms
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and ad spend accordingly
- An enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Keen interest in the latest trends across the digital landscape
- Strong work ethic and time management
- Be able to work 5 days a week from our Brisbane office
- Demonstrated interest and involvement in Health, Fitness & Wellness

**Additional Favourable Skills (Non-essential)**:

- Programmatic advertising
- Website management
- HTML knowledge a bonus but not essential
