WHY THIS ROLE?

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work across iconic brands in the consumer goods industry and join our Zenith agency as our eCommerce Manager. ROLE PURPOSE

This role is responsible for planning and implementing eCommerce initiatives on platforms/marketplaces such as Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, Zitcha, Facebook, and Google. Utilise your in-depth knowledge in Performance Media/eCommerce and Paid Search, and you will be responsible for implementing best-in-class digital performance campaigns. The role involves the management of both eCommerce content and media initiatives for a variety of Zenith clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Creating and implementing effective eCommerce campaigns across platforms/marketplaces (specifically Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, Zitcha, Facebook, and Google and others) that deliver high-quality results.
- Managing all operational tasks associated with implementation and optimisation, including budget pacing, competitive analysis, administration and finance.
- Managing offshore resources, ensuring tasks are completed to deadline and with 100% accuracy.
- Identifying and implementing optimisations as approved by the client and utilising 3rd party bid management and digital shelf analytics tools (where relevant).
- Leverage audit and scorecard frameworks to deliver digital shelf analysis across retail and marketplaces, identifying optimisation opportunities, including keyword research, content improvements and other elements.
- Owns performance process from Activate (Buying & Trafficking) to Convert (Optimisation & Reporting) and works with the eCommerce Director and PGD associate to execute.
- Managing reporting across PPC and DSP based platforms (Google Ads, Shopping Ads, Amazon Search Console, Amazon DSP, Trade Desk, DV360, SA360, CitrusAd or others).
- Oversees the work of the PGD associate - communicates with clients on reporting, competitive and creative specs requirements.
- Ensures all budget lines of performance campaigns are set up correctly and paced to the goal.
- Ensures finance is completed with 100% accuracy.
- Creates a positive relationship with key media/tech partners (e.g. Amazon, Criteo, CitrusAd, Zitcha, Coles360, Cartology, Meta and others).
- Files all proformas, MBAs, IOs and media plans.

YOUR SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE

- 3-4 years experience in a similar role in Performance Media/eCommerce working across paid search as well as either eRetail/marketplace platforms like CitrusAd or Amazon.
- Competent in digital planning and buying fundamentals with strong paid search/programmatic foundations.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Australian digital media landscape.
- Intermediate to advanced certification of Google Ads (Paid Search) and Amazon Sponsored Ads - will undertake Amazon DSP certification within 3 months in the role.
- Proficient in spot entry, knowledge of correct digital codes to use, and ability to run expenditure/invoice reports.
- Proficient in broader media planning tools (Roy Morgan, CX Tool, GWI or other).
- Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills are a must.
- Experience in PowerBI or other reporting tools is a bonus.
- Experience in keyword research tools like Helium10 is a bonus.
- Experience in bid management tools like Skai or Pacvue is a bonus.
