Myer is looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to support the online experience across Kids, Toys and Menswear. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless customer journey by managing daily website operations and contributing to the execution of the trade calendar. With a strong focus on product discoverability and online merchandising, the eCommerce Coordinator plays a key role in helping customers easily search for, find and purchase products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role ensures Myer’s digital presence in these categories is optimised to drive engagement, conversion and sales growth.
About the role
- Assist in coordinating and briefing weekly website content to align with the trade calendar and optimisations, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.
- Assist with post launch testing to verify the accuracy of content, links, and promotions.
- Optimise search functions and product merchandising to boost sales and conversion rates in assigned categories.
- Monitor category performance, providing actionable insights and collaborating with the eCommerce Manager to drive sales growth on a daily and weekly basis.
- Partner with the enrichment team to ensure new products are live according to launch schedules, while also reviewing and recommending updates to filtering, attributes, and product categorisation to enhance category performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis, review analytics, and evaluate the on-site experience to recommend improvements and enhance category performance.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, CRM, and marketing teams to ensure relevant links are tested and support a seamless customer journey.
About you
- Proven experience in eCommerce or merchandise roles, preferably within the retail sector.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility in work hours, with minimal weekend availability required.
- Experience with Google Analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A genuine passion for eCommerce and delivering an exceptional user experience.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work well with both internal and external teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
