Our client is a leading Automation Software Provider who work across a number of industries including manufacturing, FMCG, resources and many others. Their unique software solutions empowers clients with cutting-edge solutions to optimize their processes.

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will optimize the sales process, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. You'll oversee systems, processes, and data that support the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

- Inspire, mentor, and support your team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals, adjusting to market trends and customer needs.
- Track KPIs, conduct reviews, and deliver actionable insights to drive team improvement.
- Ensure fair and efficient lead distribution, prioritizing timely follow-ups and opportunity conversion.
- Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring alignment with targets and strategic objectives.
- Drive the team to exceed revenue goals, identifying and addressing underperformance effectively.
- Partner with marketing, engineering, and customer support teams to align on customer needs and priorities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in manufacturing automation solutions or a technical industry.
- Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting KPIs and sales data.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales technologies.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-centric approach with a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
