Overview As the HR Business Services Cluster Lead, ANZ, you will lead and manage HR services across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable HR Business Services. This role involves strategic leadership, operational oversight, governance, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive business value and support HR's overall objectives. Your primary accountability is to execute the Regional HR Business Services goals and priorities in alignment with the global HR Business Services strategy and goals, ensuring the delivery of integrated, relevant, high-performing hire-to-retire services and continuous improvement. Your role consists of three main focus areas: People, Organization and Stakeholder management People and Organization Leadership: Set strategic goals aligned with the functional strategy and ensure team alignment and role clarity. Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and focus on coaching and development to support professional growth. Efficiently allocate resources to meet team and organizational needs, identify skill gaps, implement training programs, plan for succession, and manage talent to develop high-potential employees. Continuously improving the cluster org effectiveness and team capabilities development Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership within and beyond global / regional HR, ANZ business and functional leaders to ensure alignment and support for HR Business Services initiatives and local business initiatives. Leading Cluster HR Business Services Delivery Excellence HR Business Services Excellence: Oversee the cluster operations of the HR Business Services organization, covering hire-to-retire processes, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across the cluster, and aligning processes to corporate standards while respecting regional peculiarities. Lead corporate project deployment for the cluster and cluster-specific projects. Continuous Improvement Continuous Improvement (CI): Drive a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions. Optimize and continuously improve HR processes leveraging Operational Excellence knowledge and HR Service Delivery support. Partnering with ANZ CLT in supporting / facilitating SBU strategy Implementation and ANZ local Initiatives: Support and facilitate SBU strategy implementation for business transformation, selling machine initiatives, performance and talent management, engagement, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience. A Master’s degree is preferred. - Experience: At least 7-10 years of HR experience, with 3 years working with senior leaders. HR experience within a sizeable country as an HRBP and in HR Services, working for global companies with a multi SBU setup and different employee populations (manufacturing, sales, Research & Development, retail, other). - Demonstrated Ability: To manage HR operations efficiently and effectively. - People, Organization, and Stakeholder Management Experience: proven performance in developing org efficiency and growing team capabilities and engagement; Effective stakeholder management in a global / regional organization environment, comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization and navigating through ambiguity and complexities. - Strong ER/LR experience is a must. - Lean Six Sigma Background: Preferred. - Proven Track Record: Of strategic thinking, decision-making, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
