Total Remuneration Package: Remuneration package valued at up to $151,704.00. Base salary ranges from $87,550.00 to $133,846.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation.

Tallawong Public School is a dynamic and vibrant new school that commenced operations in 2024, catering to students from Kindergarten to Year 6.

Approximately 56% of students identify as English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EALD) learners, and 1.6% identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander. The school is committed to providing inclusive and culturally responsive educational programs.

Specific Selection Criteria

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team, showing flexibility, a willingness to learn and commitment to foster a positive school culture.
- Proven ability to engage and build positive, respectful relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community, fostering a strong sense of togetherness and partnership.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and safe learning environment that promotes student wellbeing using a restorative framework, with a strong commitment to whole-school approaches and systems.
- Demonstrated passion and willingness to establish quality extracurricular programs that encourage student interest and participation.
