About the Talent Pool

We are looking for passionate Digital Health Analysts to join the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA). This pool will help us prepare for upcoming vacancies over the next 18 months.

As a Digital Health Analyst within SDPRIA, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative digital health solutions that improve healthcare outcomes across NSW Health. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of clinical programs and digital products that transform patient care, working with key stakeholders and leveraging tools such as clinical information systems, product backlog management software, and risk oversight frameworks.

In this role, you will:

- Partner with subject matter experts/ clinicians to map and optimise current and future state workflows, ensuring safe and efficient clinical practices.

- Provide expert clinical insight throughout all stages of system implementation – from configuration to testing, training, and go-live support.

- Act as the key liaison between clinical users and project teams, using effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and support successful outcomes, translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable solutions.

- Drive change adoption using the Program Change Management framework to embed sustainable workflows and realise project benefits.

- Contribute to the development of training resources and ensure alignment with clinical safety standards and operational readiness.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Clinically grounded - holds tertiary qualifications in Health (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, or Health Information Management) or have extensive public health experience.

- Digitally savvy with the experience to apply technical concepts in clinical system design and configuration.

- Collaborative Communicator skilled at engaging clinicians, technical teams, and project stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.

- Detail-focused and is comfortable managing complex documentation and ensuring accuracy across all deliverables.

- Solution-driven - motivated to improve health service delivery through data-informed and user-centred digital innovation.

Additional information

- This recruitment is for the purpose of creating a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.

- To be eligible for this role you must have current Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia).

- Successful candidate may be required to do multiple virtual Epic training sessions and Epic orientation, all scheduled in U.S time.

- 'Exempt' is defined as a fixed-term contract with a length greater than 13 weeks.

- This role may require evening, night, weekend and/or shift work, in accordance with operational needs and Award provisions.
