Lead Business Analyst - Digital / Martech

Using data-driven decisioning to deliver smarter, more relevant communications that drive value for both our members and the business.

The Role

- Lead discovery sessions to identify business goals, challenges, and new personalisation opportunities
- Translate strategy into clear functional specifications and solution designs
- Partner with multiple teams to build scalable, data-driven personalisation solutions
- Define decision logic, optimisation frameworks, and governance guardrails for experimentation and control
- Manage initiatives end-to-end — from development through to testing, launch, and continuous improvement
- Create documentation and training materials to drive adoption and ensure smooth integration across teams

Experience

- 10+ years’ experience within digital, martech or personalisation environments
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Advanced users in Jira and Confluence for agile delivery and documentation
- Digital-minded
- Guiding ideas from concept to delivery
- Bonus: experience with data analytics, AI, or reporting tools
