About the Opportunity

As a Senior Integration Analyst within eHealth NSW, you will lead the development, maintenance and support of a complex integration framework that underpins the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program. This role is pivotal in enabling seamless data exchange across NSW Health systems to improve patient care and clinical outcomes.

You’ll work across technical and clinical domains, providing subject matter expertise and strategic guidance to ensure integration solutions are robust, secure and aligned with evolving program needs. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a state‑wide digital transformation initiative that impacts healthcare delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

- Lead integration efforts across NSW Health, ensuring alignment with program architecture and strategic objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test and implement application interfaces and technical workflows.

- Provide expert advice on integration risks, upgrades and architectural changes to maintain system integrity.

- Coordinate and validate system integration testing, ensuring quality and reliability of data exchange.

- Resolve complex incidents impacting integration architecture and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

About You

You are a strategic and technically skilled integration professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving challenges that impact healthcare delivery at scale. You bring:

- Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and supporting integration frameworks within large, complex organisations

- Strong leadership in system integration testing, interface validation and technical workflow design

- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clinical, technical and executive teams

- Expertise in identifying and mitigating integration risks, and advising on upgrades and architectural changes

- Advanced problem‑solving skills with a focus on service‑level alignment and continuous improvement

- Proficiency in documenting integration requirements, data models and process flows

- A commitment to delivering secure, reliable and scalable integration solutions that support digital health transformation.

- This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.

- To be eligible for this role you must have current Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia).

- Successful candidate may be required to do multiple virtual Epic training sessions and Epic orientation, all scheduled in U.S time.

- 'Exempt' is defined as a fixed term contract with a length greater than 13 weeks.

- This role may require evening, night, weekend and/or shift work, in accordance with operational needs and Award provisions.
