Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify, train, coach and mentor mortgage brokers to educate their customers on life risks and offer a potential solution. The role requires a proactive sales and dynamic approach to driving education and success within the mortgage broker network.

- High level of motivation, self-discipline and ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, train and mentor others to achieve their goals.
- Excellent listening skills, allowing you to understand broker’s and customer’s needs and provide tailored solutions accordingly.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Energy, drive and tenacity to succeed.
- Passion for protecting Australian home and property buyers from financial hardship.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
