Learn and grow with us as we tackle the most complex challenges in helping more people to experience a lifetime of hearing.* **12 month contract*** **New Project*** **Immediate interview and start**We’re seeking an experienced **Data & Reporting Delivery Lead / Program Manager** to oversee two key workstreams in Cochlear’s global SAP S/4HANA implementation: **Master Data Governance** and **Reporting & Analytics**. The role involves managing delivery across platforms including SAP Datasphere, SAC, Snowflake, AWS, and Tableau. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management skills, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to engage stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and risk mitigation.**Responsibilities*** Lead implementation of Cochlear’s Master Data Governance solution with SAP S/4HANA for Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance domains.* Define data standards, workflows, and governance models with technical and business teams.* Ensure seamless integration with S/4HANA core modules./* Oversee delivery of analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake, AWS, and Tableau.* Manage data modeling, ETL, and dashboard/report development aligned with business needs and governance.* Lead reporting across O2C, P2I, R2R, and P2F streams per approved designs.* Coordinate build, test, and deployment of data models and reports.* Partner with the Reporting & Analytics Architect to manage dependencies and design integrity.* Align with Oracle/OBIEE Retirement Initiative on scope, migration, and transition.* Develop and manage delivery plans and schedules across workstreams.* Drive execution, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.* Manage third-party teams and ensure accountability.* Engage stakeholders for visibility and alignment.* Provide regular updates to program leadership.**Essential Skills*** 8+ years of experience in program or delivery management roles.* Proven experience implementing SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance solutions.* Strong background in data warehousing and analytics platforms including SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake, AWS, and Tableau.* Experience managing third-party vendors and delivery teams.* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.* Ability to work in a global environment and manage cross-regional teams.For more information please contact Ralph on rhitti@cochlear.comIf you feel that you have the skills and experience to be successful in this role and take on new challenges to build your career with Cochlear, please start your application by clicking the apply button below.#CochlearCareers**How we recognise your contribution**At Cochlear we value and welcome the unique contributions, perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds of our employees and aim to build a culture that celebrates and leverages these differences, creating a sense of belonging and enabling our people to realise their full potential.
