For over 100 years, we’ve supported the trade with top-quality products and expert advice, championing the vital work plumbers do every day.**About the role**As part of the Trade Counter team in Kalgoorlie, you’ll help plumbers, builders, home owners and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly. We’re flexible – this position is open to both full-time and part-time hours to suit your lifestyle.**Your day to day****A typical day will involve:*** Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products* Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone* Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life* Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships* Keeping the branch and showroom running smoothly and safely* Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle* Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities* Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe* Providing customer service and information about products**We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:*** Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone* Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate* Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow* Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems* Is open to working various shifts, including weekends**Our perks and benefits:*** Performance based bonuses* Flexibility around shifts* Paid annual leave and parental leave* Continuous learning and development programs to support your career goals* Generous discounts for those looking to renovate their bathroom or kitchen* Reece Boost - offering cashback and discounts on groceries, fuel, insurance, travel and more**What happens next**After submitting your application, you’ll be invited to participate in a brief chat interview.
