What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and confident Sales Consultant with:

  • Proven sales experience (retail or showroom preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and natural confidence in dealing with clients
  • An eye for design, colour, and detail
  • Ability to work with both trade professionals and design-savvy customers
  • Ambition to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership role
  • Experience in tiles, interiors, or building products (highly desirable)
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude, professional approach, and team-first mindset

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers to the showroom and quickly building rapport
  • Assist clients with product selection and provide expert advice
  • Support designers and trade professionals with samples and technical information
  • Preparing quotes, following up on leads, and finalising sales
  • Tracking orders and coordinating deliveries
  • Maintaining a well-presented showroom environment
  • Providing outstanding after-sales service and client follow-up
  • Support the Showroom Manager with day-to-day operations as required
