About the Role

Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Coordinator to join Townsville Operations team. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role working out of our Townsville branch.

As a Service Coordinator, you will:

- Provide a high-quality, cost-effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints
- Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency in conjunction with the Service Administration Supervisor
- Follows up on any rework, write-off or goodwill requests with the Service Administration Supervisor
- Accurately encoding all documentation relevant to AX as required by the Service Administration Supervisor
- Ensure labour hours have been correctly encoded and that any missing labour hours are accounted for on a daily basis
- Assist in the development of accurate customer estimate repairs when required and is delivered to the customer through AX
- Responsible to be active with the Caterpillar Production Systems Service Operation Development and Assessment (SODA)
- Effectively and accurately manage SIP/WIP and accurately forecast invoicing expectations

About You

A successful teammate will have experience in:

- Qualifications in Business Administration is desirable
- Experience working within a service orientated environment
- Knowledge of CAT / HDAL products and services
- Understanding of job workflow processes
- Advanced skills in word, excel, power point, share point and Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Impeccable attention to detail in your work
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers
- Proven stakeholder and customer engagement with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
