About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the venue operations - from front-of-house and kitchen to compliance and staffing. You'll be responsible for maintaining high service standards, driving revenue, managing costs, and leading a large and diverse team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on fast-paced service and enjoys mentoring their team.

Your Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in a senior pub or hospitality management role

- Strong understanding of financials, rostering, stock, and cost control

- Confident and clear communicator with excellent leadership qualities

- Strong knowledge of licensing, compliance, and OH&S requirements

- Passion for people and delivering great customer experiences
