Corporate M&A LawyerFirm — A multinational firm that is well-known for handling high-stake transactions, commercial matters and disputes, is looking for a Corporate M&A lawyer to join their finance offering in Brisbane. This firm has an extensive reputation and attributes its achievements to quality lawyers and clients.
Role
- Reporting to two Partners you will present guidance to clients across a wide range of financial transactions, varying from the straightforward to very intricate agreements.
- Areas in finance that will be covered include: property, corporate, acquisition and project proceeding in the view of both the borrower and lender and in both solvent and insolvent situations.
- You will deliver counsel and structure in the context of complex corporate restructuring.
- Clients you will represent include: substantial private family groups, entrepreneurs, property developers, corporates, institutional investors, project sponsors, non-bank and mezzanine lenders, hedge funds and investment banks.
About You
- 2 - 7 years PQE with experience in M&A
- A personable and hard-working character
- Ready to work in a collaborative team with large matters
- Confident with client interaction and commercially minded
- Ability to face challenge and responsibility
- Impressive transcripts
