As the firm continues to expand, they are looking for an experienced Corporate / M&A Lawyer who is passionate about leadership, client development, and delivering strategic legal solutions.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the national team. You’ll manage a variety of corporate and transactional matters, provide expert legal advice to clients, and play an integral role in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a broad range of corporate / M&A transactions with minimal supervision.

- Advise clients on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters.

- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and construction contracts.

- Work closely with the Principal Lawyer to support strategic firm growth.

- Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Guide and mentor junior lawyers, fostering professional development.

About You:

- At least 4 years' PAE/PQE in Corporate Law with strong M&A experience.

- Skilled in drafting and negotiating commercial and construction contracts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
