About the role
Working with several corporate Partners across pure corporate and energy/resources work this role has come about due to a departure to the London office. Your work mix can be broad or more niche (depending on your interest areas) and can include:
- corporate advisory services on private and public mergers and acquisitions (the team mostly does public M&A work);
- advising on acquisitions and divestments;
- capital raising;
- corporate governance work;
- various corporate advisory work; and
- energy and resources specific corporate advisory work.
Qualifications
Skills/Experience:
- To be considered you will have: come from a top tier or large national law firm's corporate practice with a minimum 3 years' post admission (ideally at 4-7 years' PAE) experience;
- have strong demonstrated corporate law deal experience; and
- have strong academics from your LLB.
