Our client is a growing boutique firm with a national footprint. They have an established and diverse client base ranging from start-ups to ASX-listed entities across an array of industry sectors, providing exposure to challenging and meaningful cases.
Key Highlights
- Salary range @ $130 000 - $150 000 per annum.

- Work on complex and meaningful transactions with the support of junior lawyers and admin staff.
- Build your own client base with the leadership and guidance of an exceptional and supportive Principal.
- Work with autonomy in a flexible environment.
About the role
This exciting opportunity will be involved in complex M&A transactions and large commercial property developments. You will enjoy working independently whilst playing an important role in the coaching and mentorship of junior lawyers.
- Collaborate with the team to handle corporate and transactional matters.
- Provide accurate and thorough legal advice to clients.
- Draft and review commercial, corporate, and construction contracts.
- Work unsupervised on complex corporate / M&A transactions.
Key Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 4 years PAE with admission to practice in Victoria.
- Strong experience in Corporate / M&A matters is essential.
- Expertise in drafting and reviewing commercial or construction contracts.
- Solid understanding of legal compliance and corporate issues.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
