It originally opened in 1988 as the 32‑bed Mandurah District Hospital, and now operates with 206 licensed beds, bays and treatment areas. Position Currently we are seeking a Health Information Management Service Officer to join our team. The successful applicant(s) will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical service for the Peel Health Campus (PHC), patients, families and visitors. They will maintain and process department information in accordance with PHC policies, procedures and health information system requirements. They support the delivery of safe patient care and the consumer experience including participation in continuous quality improvement activities in accordance with the requirements of the national Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and other recognised health standards.
