We’re seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a leading National Tier 2 commercial builder on a 3-month contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right person. You’ll be working across aged care and residential projects throughout Sydney, supporting a busy project team delivering high-quality outcomes.

About the Role:

- Immediate start available

- 3‑month contract with view to extend or go permanent

- Work across a portfolio of aged care and residential developments

- Support the Project Manager in administering contracts, procurement, and cost tracking

- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery

- Office and site‑based role across Sydney

About You:

- 3–5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction

- Proven background on aged care, residential, or similar multi‑unit projects

- Strong understanding of contract management, variations, progress claims, and procurement

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Available for an immediate start
