We’re looking for a Commercial Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic Operations Customer Support Team.
In this pivotal role, you’ll assist in the provision and ongoing management of contracts, supporting Contract Managers in meeting Lumea’s contractual obligations, reporting requirements, and managing contractual risks.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys building structured, proactive contract management systems that deliver real value.
Document Control & Contract Administration
- Maintain and track contract management tasks in the Contract Actions Register (or similar systems).
- Ensure timely management of contract notices, claims, invoices, and documentation.
- Support Contract Managers with preparation of Contract Management Plans, Metering, and Connection Agreements.
- Prepare and draft correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage document execution via DocuSign and maintain control levels in electronic Document Management Systems (e.g., LumeaShED, SharePoint).
- Manage contract lifecycle activities including novations, amendments, and terminations.
About You
You’ll bring a balance of commercial acumen, attention to detail, and collaboration. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities and are motivated to help shape an efficient, transparent contract management framework.
- Proven experience in contract administration or commercial support roles.
- Strong proficiency in document management systems and SharePoint (mandatory).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow (preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence across all levels of the organisation.
