Are you a skilled proposals professional with a knack for coordination, storytelling, and collaboration? We have an exciting internal opportunity for a Lead Proposals Coordinator to join our Strategic Customer Development team and play a key role in shaping how we present McMahon Services to the market.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Proposals & Marketing Manager, this role supports our national tendering activities across Building and Construction, Civil and Infrastructure, Environmental Services, and Engineering & Projects. You’ll lead the coordination and development of high‑quality tender submissions that reflect our brand values and showcase our capabilities to clients.

This is a dynamic position suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, collaborating across teams, and turning technical input into clear, engaging, and professional proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Tender Coordination: Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.

- Content & Branding: Develop and refine content that captures our value proposition, manage the tender library, and maintain brand consistency across all materials.

- Quality Review: Proof and edit documents, ensuring high standards of quality and clarity.

- Collaboration: Partner with project teams, estimators, engineers, and senior leaders to produce cohesive and compelling submissions.

What You’ll Bring

- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar proposals, marketing, or tender coordination role.

- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail.

- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro) highly regarded.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver under pressure.

- A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
