We have two positions available to join our Customer Service team supporting our Stockland Residential Communities team in a Customer Service Specialist Online role. A great opportunity to utilise your customer service, sales, and administration qualities, blending them into one.

About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll help customers with their decision-making process and progression towards a new home, through the support of new sales enquiries and playing a key role in our Customers Journey and enhancing Stockland’s competitive position, with the use of phone and digital communication channels to support and engage with customers.

One position is for a 6-month contract and the other position, is permanent, full-time. Both roles are 9am – 5pm, with your week split between working from our Perth or Sydney CBD based Head Office, one of our project development sites, and home. Operating on a 7-day roster will require to work 5-days, with allocated days off.

To ensure your success in this role you:

- Possess a strong customer focus that drives you and an interest in driving sales. You understand delivering outstanding customer sales and service and being a customer advocate, as you will be the first point of contact for all incoming online enquiries (via telephone, website, social media and live chat)
- Experience and proven track record in a customer phone based role (with a focus on property an advantage but not essential), within a sales and/or service environment, such as inbound sales or customer service contact centre
- You work well to deadlines and have strong self-management, but can also work under direction when required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide audience of people
- Great with technology and can pick up new systems easily – if you have experience with Salesforce, even better, but we are happy to train you or experience with another CRM would be beneficial
- You can build and maintain relationships with customers, focusing on delivering exceptional service that embeds Stockland as the preferred product choice in this market
