This position is located in: Carrum Downs

Through our longstanding and ongoing collaboration with Defence, CEA Technologies has undertaken research and development into all aspects of active electronically scanned array technologies. This has resulted in the creation of a highly modular and scalable product suite, which have become integral to a wide range of critical Defence capabilities.

The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for the accuracy of the production build data and management of work orders through production work centres.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform planning coordination tasks for production.

- Maintain the Production schedule by entering production requests and work orders.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery outcomes are met and understood.

- Liaise with other departments to ensure that issues affecting production builds are resolved in a timely manner.

- Keep up-to-date with the status of items currently being built in production.

- Expedite unplanned jobs that are required urgently.

- Perform other related duties as required.

- Supervise and performance manage your team as required.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Good organisational and communication skills.

- Experience in a mechanical manufacturing planning leadership role.

- Competent in the use of ERP software.

- Competent in the use of Microsoft applications including word and excel at an intermediate level.

- Ability to work autonomously, as well as a team.

- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing organisational priorities and ambiguous environments.

- Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance – Baseline
