Our rapid expansion has grown to include over 35 coatings facilities in 7 countries, and our services provide protection for a variety of products, bolstering durability, lifespan and aesthetic value.**How you will contribute**We are currently seeking a **Production Supervisor** to join our Valmont Coatings division in **Prospect Vale** on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the safety, quality and production of operations for all areas within the galvanizing plant.**Your key responsibilities will include;*** Lead the production schedule to meet DIFOT KPIs, customer turnaround times, and ensure efficient throughput while minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance coordination.* Manage production process control, including sampling, analysis, and adjustments. Oversee galvanizing quality to minimize post-process dressing and ensure QA systems compliance through operator training.* Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams to meet customer delivery, quality, and design expectations.* Enforce safe work practices, investigate incidents and near-misses, and ensure all safety and environmental events are reported in the business system.* Support operator performance management, timekeeping, and conduct disciplinary actions where needed.
