Job Description

- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

- Experience in sales or account management, ideally within the packaging or FMCG sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and goal-oriented approach to work.
- Full working rights in Australia and a valid driver's license.
